An Arkos co-founder with 25 years of experience in medical device, health information technology and pharmaceutical industries, including roles as CEO of VIZI and as a senior executive at GE, Cardinal Health and Care Innovations, an Intel/GE joint venture.

Joined Arkos in 2023 with more than 30 years of experience in leading technology organizations in healthcare, cyber security, artificial intelligence, analytics, mobility, SaaS, collaboration, and other advanced technologies and services.
Tanya Sibrava, DO, MBA
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT MEDICAL AFFAIRS
Dr. Sibrava is a board-certified internist with 15-years experience in clinical practice, population health, and managed care services at Cigna Health, Sound Physicians, Arizona Priority Care, and Adobe Health.
Praveen Jayakumar, MD, MS, FACP, CPE
CHIEF CLINICAL OFFICER
Dr. Jayakumar is a board-certified internist who has more than 20 years of experience leading clinical teams and in developing innovative value-based care models in organizations such as Iora Health and the Culinary Health Fund.
Eric Tanner
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
15 years of operational experience at leading care organizations, including as CEO of OnPointe, a post-acute provider. Eric is a national speaker, advocating industry disruption using value-based care models.

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT HUMAN RESOURCES
For over 16-years, Victoria has led and contributed to employment departments at both major, and start-up healthcare companies including Healthcare Corporation of America (HCA), Texas Health Resources, Ernest Health, and Onpointe.

VICE PRESIDENT CORPORATE COMPLIANCE
A U.S. Air Force veteran, Troy has 20 years of healthcare compliance experience with the Arizona Department of Health Services behavioral health programs, the durable medical equipment industry, and Falck, a global leader in ambulance services.
