Comprehensive health assessments (CHA) are conducted virtually or in person at a patient’s home for their convenience. CHAs provides suitable treatments and recommendations tailored specifically for the individual patient.
The CHA is designed to understand the patient’s needs better. By taking into account the state of the patient's mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing, the evaluation is able to not just understand those needs more clearly, but also uncover potential issues that may arise in the future.
